Drinks and Nibbles
Cask has the largest collection of single malt Scotch in the Caribbean, with over 400 whiskies available by the glass. In addition to whisky, we offer premium world spirits, wine, cocktails and beer to cater to everyone's palate. If you are feeling peckish after a few drinks we have a bar snacks menu with cheese and charcuterie as
well as locally made pies.
With such an extensive offering, our whisky list at Cask makes for quite an long read.

Scotch and Spirit Tasting Flights
Our main back bar display houses the majority of our whisky stock, but we do also have a second whisky cabinet in our private hire room, The Woodlands. If you are searching for a specific bottle that you don’t see on the shelf, please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to check both cabinets and assist you as best they can.

We have some unique gins from Scotland that you will only find at Cask, and have teamed up with local brewery 1981, for an exclusive beer we have aptly named 'Not Whisky".
